• Complete the term requested section and student section. Please ask your employer to complete the employer section
• Email completed Corporate Promissory Note (CPN) and tuition assistance information to Kelly Ahne, Corporate Accounts Manager, at聽[email protected]聽for 探花精选 approval.
• The Corporate Promissory Note (CPN)Fee may be paid on-line through your student portal or a check can be mailed in to 探花精选. Please include promissory note fee in the memo section of the check.
