̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ donations are solicited by and made to ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Education System, a Missouri nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax‑exempt organization described in section 501(c)(3) (EIN: 43‑0652649). ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, LLC is a Missouri limited liability company that is wholly owned by ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Education System and is, thus, treated as a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes. For federal tax purposes, contributions processed in connection with programs operated by ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, LLC are treated as contributions to ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Education System. Acknowledgment letters and receipts will be issued by ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Education System on behalf of ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡. Donations to ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, LLC are treated, for federal tax purposes, as charitable contributions and as permitted by law are tax-deductible.
